This product offers 20min guided sessions of stretching and mobility that can be executed at the work desk, relaxing the back, neck and shoulders, improving posture and breathing and offering an instant stress release.
The participants can keep on their office clothes.
The exercises are accessible and useful for all levels of training, are kind and fluid (involving no sweating, as in the case of a gym workout).
This product offers 20min guided exercises for muscle activation, toning and stretching.
We use for these exercises small objects available around the house: a scarf, a belt, or a towel, 2 small bottles of water or training elastics when available.
The exercises can be executed at the work desk and offer a full body activation.
The participants can keep on their office clothes, as long as they are comfortable and permit fluid body movement.
The exercises are accessible for all levels of training.
Timings proposed (the slots are to be agreed with the client):
· lunchtime (between 12h and 13h30), and/ or
· afternoon (between 15h and 17h30)
Bring healthy movement breaks into your daily team routine by mixing the two types of workouts proposed, or make them available 2-3 times a week, to generate a good habit!
The sessions can be supported via Zoom, YouTube Live or another online channel agreed with the client.

This package offers short guided sessions of stretching and mobility that can be executed at the desk, without a need to change in sports clothes.
Ideal timings: before lunchtime or around 16h.
The sessions are 20min long and support better flexibility of the body, a better posture, strength, stress release, oxygenation... and a better mood :)
The sessions can become part of the daily team routine, or can be made available a few times a week only.
1, 2 or 3 fitness and/or mindfulness classes a week, in the morning, at lunch time or after work.
Fitness: Yoga, Pilates, FitMix, Strength, Fusion.
Mindfulness: meditation, breathing exercising, stretching and relaxation
The body needs for training must cover strength, endurance and flexibility - and so does the mind!
Choose the amount of sessions a week according to the availability and needs of your team! No equipment is needed for these classes (except a mat).

- the participants can join from their computer or from their mobile phone, using a registration link sent by the instructor
- the classes are open to all the fitness levels and will give different options for increasing the training difficulty
The trainer will perform the classes with the participants, demonstrating the exercises, and will correct the participants when the case (if the participants choose to keep their cameras open, which is not compulsory).
