No matter the age, our feminine physiology is different from the one of men. In the reproductive years, every week comes with its own specific hormonal spikes, different body temperature and a regularly changing metabolism, in function of the 4 phases of the cycle - follicular, ovulatory, luteal and menstrual phases.   


Then, from her teenage, to top-fertility age, peri-menopause, menopause and to post-menopause a lady must deal with specific hormonal changes and impacts - and at all ages, these changes will influence her daily energy level, mind focus and relationships.    

If our hormones change every week, 

-  why would we have the same breakfast throughout the month? 

-  why would we train the same way every week? 

-  why would we plan our agendas in the same way?   


Your body energy level, as well as your mind focus and emotions respond to your hormonal changes.  Food, is about hormones. Sports? Yes - it's about hormones. Stress levels and general planning? Again, about hormones.
