Equipment needed: a mat (or towel), a chair with back support, a trousers belt (or scarf), 1 book (large and thick), 2 bottles of water of 1kg or 1,5kg and a 5kg bottle of water for training; and your bottle of water, for drinking ;)

Equipment needed: a mat (or towel), a trousers or yoga belt (or scarf) and a bottle of water
