You choose the location, at home or at your work place, and Nicky will bring over the massage table, oils and skilled hands :)
Nicky is certified as a massage therapist by the Schoonheidsschool in Gent in 2017, and he is also a sports coach.
You can choose a 40min or a 60min massage.
Along with the breathing exercises, we'll guide you towards a stretching programme, adjusted to your level of flexibility, correcting your posture and increasing your range of motion.
Stretching is an amazing way to relax the body and manage stress, and a regular practice will bring you more flexibility, enhanced mobility and help you age slower, too!
